Terms & Conditions
Welcome to BeesActive. By using our assisted purchasing and forwarding services, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order.
1. Our Role
BeesActive provides international assisted purchasing and forwarding services (“the Service”). We act as your authorised agent to help you purchase products from third-party retailers, suppliers, and online marketplaces (“Third-Party Sellers”) and arrange shipment to your nominated address.
BeesActive is not the manufacturer, retailer, or supplier of the products you order. Our role is strictly limited to:
-
Accurately carrying out your purchase instructions,
-
Making payments to the Third-Party Seller on your behalf, and
-
Coordinating international and domestic delivery to you.
We do not take ownership of the goods at any stage and do not offer retail sales or product warranties.
2. International Fulfilment
BeesActive operates through a global network of distribution centres and trusted logistics partners to ensure efficient and reliable order fulfilment.
Most orders shipped to Australia are handled by reputable international carriers with full tracking provided. Depending on the product type and availability, shipments may originate from Asia, Europe, or North America.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, courier schedules, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Taxes, Customs and Import Duties
BeesActive does not charge or collect GST on any orders.
As the importer of record, you are solely responsible for:
-
Any applicable import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees, or related charges imposed by your local authorities; and
-
Making these payments directly to the courier or customs agency before delivery.
These costs are not included in BeesActive’s service fees.
BeesActive is not responsible for customs inspections, clearance delays, or any additional costs arising during the importation process.
4. Product Quality, Warranties and Liability
As BeesActive is not the original seller or manufacturer, we make no representations or guarantees regarding the quality, safety, functionality, or durability of any product purchased through our service.
All product-related matters—including warranties, defects, recalls, or after-sales support—must be handled directly with the Third-Party Seller or manufacturer.
Our service is strictly limited to facilitating the purchase and shipment of goods on your behalf.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeesActive’s total liability in connection with any order is limited to the service fees paid for that specific transaction.
5. Refunds and Returns
Since BeesActive is not the original seller, we cannot accept product returns or process refunds for goods purchased through our service.
Any return, exchange, or warranty claim must be made directly with the Third-Party Seller or manufacturer.
Refunds of BeesActive service fees will only be provided if:
-
Required by applicable law, or
-
A verified service error has occurred on our part.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.
Orders are processed only once full payment is received.
BeesActive reserves the right to:
-
Cancel or decline an order if a product becomes unavailable,
-
Correct typographical or pricing errors, or
-
Reject transactions suspected of fraudulent activity.
7. Disclaimer
BeesActive acts solely as a purchasing and logistics facilitator, enabling customers to access international products conveniently.
We are not responsible for the quality, legality, safety, or performance of goods supplied by Third-Party Sellers.
By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:
-
All product-related rights, warranties, and obligations remain with the original seller or manufacturer, and
-
BeesActive’s liability is limited strictly as described in these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where BeesActive operates, and any disputes shall be resolved under those laws in a competent court of that jurisdiction.
