I replaced the old plastic mounts and\nthreaded screws with these. They line up perfect with the existing holes. I\nhad to buy bolts with lock washers and nuts. The existing riveted holes were\ntoo big for the screws that were sent. Not a big deal tho! Feels very sturdy!\nOrdering another pair for the front mounts of my canopy. These work great\nThese work great, and stay attached to the boat. If you leave them hanging\nloose, they will scratch the gelcoat when they swing around (found out the\nhard way). I now put them back through the top mounts when I am not using\nthem. I also ended up drilling out the pin eyes in my bimini top, as it took a\nlot of force to push these pins through. The bimini top had cast plastic ends\nthat were a very tight 1\/4\". I drilled through them with a 1\/4\" drill bit and\nthese pins now easily pass through. Overall great product Got these quick\nrelease pins for my boats bimini top rear poles. More convenient in releasing\npoles for storage than the regular screws.
