Help with the tongue to place the tablet\ncomfortably. If the tablet disturbs you, then you can rotate the tablet to\ndifferent other places. You should not touch the tablet with your finger and\ntongue for 10 seconds so that the tablet can stick well. The tablet sticks\nafter approx. 5 minutes complete.
