To cool, put the packs\nin the freezer for an hour. Packs can be kept in the freezer. Safety Warning\nIt's advisable to wrap the packs in cloth before applying directly to the\nskin. When frozen applications of the cold pack should be limited to about 20\nminutes, then take a break before re-applying the pack.
